In exchange for this service, a commission, agreed upon with the seller, will be paid to Hakilo Trading, LLC for each successful transaction.

Scope of Services:

  1. Intermediation Only:
    • Hakilo Trading, LLC acts strictly as an intermediary, providing a platform for sellers to connect with buyers. We facilitate communication but do not participate in the execution of transactions.
    • Our involvement concludes once both parties decide they no longer require our services for further negotiations or transactions.
  2. Due Diligence Responsibility:
    • Both seller and buyer are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence. This includes validating the authenticity, credibility, and financial viability of the other party.
    • Hakilo Trading, LLC does not guarantee or warrant any aspect of the deal between the seller and buyer. We advise both parties to ensure all necessary investigations are completed before entering into any agreements.
  3. No Partnership or Joint Venture:
    • Our service is limited to facilitating the introduction and communication between the seller and the buyer.
    • Hakilo Trading, LLC is not creating or participating in any partnership, joint venture, or business collaboration between the two parties.
  4. Non-Compulsory Engagement:
    • Both the seller and the buyer retain full autonomy in deciding whether to enter into negotiations or agreements with one another. There is no obligation to finalize a deal.
    • At any stage, either party can opt-out without any compulsion from Hakilo Trading, LLC.
  5. Disclaimer of Liability:
    • Hakilo Trading, LLC makes no guarantees regarding the suitability, reliability, timeliness, or accuracy of the services provided by either the seller or buyer.
    • Our role is solely as a connector, and once the introduction is made, we are not liable for any disputes, claims, or damages arising from the resulting business relationship.
  6. Buyer Database:
    • Our primary source for identifying potential buyers is the Global Trade Plaza platform. However, we take no responsibility for any potential shortcomings, issues, or defaults that may arise in the transaction, as we do not verify the buyers beyond introducing them to the seller.
  7. No Endorsement:
    • We do not endorse or vouch for the quality, legality, or performance of either party involved. Sellers and buyers must perform their own risk assessments and make decisions independently.
  8. Acceptance of Terms:
    • By engaging with Hakilo Trading, LLC for our intermediary services, you (the seller or buyer) acknowledge and accept the terms of this Service Proposal in its entirety.
    • You agree to release Hakilo Trading, LLC from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from transactions between the seller and buyer during or after the intermediation process.
